本文报道合成了单相复合氧化物多晶超导体Ba_(2/3)Gd_(1/3)CuO_(3—y),并对其稳定性进行了研究,发现样品在空气中保存59天后仍保持原有的超导电性,是一种较稳定的高T_c超导体。Ba_(2/3)Gd_(1/3)CuO_(3—y)的超导临界转变温度为Tc(onset)=120K,Tc(mid)=92K,Tc(0=0)=91K,△Tc=0.9K。磁浮实验表明该超导体具有明显的抗磁性。
In this paper, Ba_ (2/3) Gd_ (1/3) CuO_ (3-y) polycrystalline superconductor was synthesized and its stability was studied. It was found that the sample remained in the air for 59 days The original superconductivity, is a more stable high T_c superconductor. The superconducting critical temperature of Ba_ (2/3) Gd_ (1/3) CuO_ (3-y) is Tc (onset) = 120K, Tc (mid) = 92K, Tc (0 = 0) = 91K, = 0.9K. Maglev experiments show that the superconductor has obvious diamagnetic.
