我国对南美、非洲、中东及原东欧出口很少,除了商品本身的适销性和某些政治因素外,妨碍我们去开拓市场的重要原因是一些同志认为:这些地区穷,生意不好做。作者认为,人均国民收入并不代表人均实际收入,因而不能准确反映国民的消费状况;这些国家还有外资暗流和无形贸易中无法统计的收入部份;从自然资源角度来看,穷国大都很“富”;另外,我国是发展中国家,商品价格比较容易被第三世界人民接受。只要我们多做工作,穷国也是大市场。
