目的:对吉林省农村留守儿童的孤独感与心理健康状况及其关系进行调查分析,为有效开展留守儿童心理危机干预和心理健康管理提供参考。方法:采用儿童孤独感和心理健康诊断量表对981名农村儿童进行问卷调查,应用独立样本T检验和相关分析等方法进行统计分析。结果:留守儿童孤独感和心理不良指标检出率均较高;留守儿童在孤独感及心理健康诊断量表各维度上得分均高于非留守儿童且差异显著(t=2.41~6.43,P<0.05);留守儿童孤独感与心理健康各维度均显著相关(r=0.34~0.49,P<0.05)。结论:留守儿童孤独感和不良心理状况较高且二者关系密切;相关部门应进一步采取措施,化解留守儿童的孤独感,增进其心理健康水平。
Objective: To investigate and analyze the loneliness and mental health status of left behind children in rural areas of Jilin Province and their relations, and provide references for the effective intervention of left - behind children psychological crisis and mental health management. Methods: A total of 981 children from rural areas were surveyed by using children’s loneliness and mental health diagnosis questionnaire. T-test and correlation analysis of independent samples were used for statistical analysis. Results: The detection rate of left-behind children’s loneliness and psychological indicators were high. Left-behind children scored higher in all dimensions of loneliness and mental health diagnostic scale than non-left-behind children (t = 2.41-6.33, P < 0.05). Left-behind children’s loneliness was significantly correlated with all dimensions of mental health (r = 0.34-0.49, P <0.05). Conclusion: The left-behind children have higher loneliness and poor psychological status and are closely related to each other. Relevant departments should take further measures to resolve the loneliness of left-behind children and improve their mental health.
