党的十八大确立了全面推进依法治国的战略方针。实现“依法治国”这一战略方针,建设社会主义法治国家的关键与核心之一就是增强公民的法治意识。了解社会主义法律制度下的人们的法治意识状况,能够进一步推进法治国家的建设。市民是社会主体的重要组成部分,了解市民的法治意识,对于了解社会全体成员的法治意识具有重要意义。此次笔者立足于宜昌市本地通过下基层问卷调查等形式获得的可靠资料,通过对相关数据的剖析,准确的了解宜昌市民的法治意识状况,希望为提高社会全体成员的法治意识提供借鉴意义。
The 18th CPC National Congress has established the strategic guideline of comprehensively promoting the rule of law according to law. One of the keys and the core of realizing the principle of “governing the country according to law” and building a socialist country governed by the rule of law is to enhance citizens’ sense of the rule of law. Understanding the people’s consciousness of the rule of law under the socialist legal system can further promote the construction of a country under the rule of law. Citizens are an important part of social subjects. Understanding citizens’ sense of the rule of law is of great significance for understanding the awareness of the rule of law in all members of society. Based on the reliable information obtained by local residents in Yichang, such as local questionnaires, the author analyzed the relevant data to get an accurate understanding of the state of law consciousness of Yichang citizens and hoped to provide reference for raising the awareness of the rule of law of all members of the community.
