Statistics show that the average level of reading of our nationals is lower than that of some developed countries. For instance, in 2012, 4.39 of our country’s per-capita students, much lower than 11 in South Korea, 8.4 in France, 8.5 in Japan and 7 in the United States. And with the status quo is that popular mahjong prevails, teens play cell phone addiction. Street, Lane, residential area chess room overcrowded; subway, bars, parks, shopping malls, everywhere mobile phone youth, it became a special and weird landscape in mainland China. What is even worse, some people are still driving down the phone, resulting in a tragic car accident.
