慢性溃疡性结肠炎在临床较为难治,在祖国医学“脾主运化”、“泻泄属脾”的理论指导下,我院自拟、自制了治疗本病的健脾灵片剂。处方由黄芪、党参、白术、当归、炮姜、乌梅炭、儿茶、延胡索、广木香、白芍、甘草等组成,具有健脾益气,涩肠止泻、缓急止痛、养血生肌之功效。经临床60例观察,近期治愈率为66.7％,总有效率达96.7％,其疗效明显优于西药水杨酸偶氮磺胺吡啶
