一、通用化设计的必要性仅现有的许多装载机及掘进机其传动部份如:轴齿轮、轴等等,就使用了数百种尺寸不同的元件。但是在设计新的装载机的时候,又要再设计许多传动元件,而这些新设计的传动元件,几乎与以前的传动元件没有什么相同之处。这么多传动元件,给用户、制造厂及设计人员都带来了许多困难,本文主要想说明煤矿用的各种蟹爪式装载机(以下简称装载机)及煤巷掘进机(以下简称掘进机)的履带式行走部(以下简称行走部)在设计过程中的通用化问题。

With so many transmission components, many difficulties have been brought to the users, manufacturers and designers. In this paper, we mainly describe various crab claw loaders used in coal mines (hereinafter referred to as loaders) and coal tunnel boring machines (hereinafter referred to as roadheaders ) Crawler-type walk (hereinafter referred to as walk) in the design process of universal problems.
