随着社会的发展,我国人民的健康水平大为提高,预期寿命已达70岁。但从总体上看,我国老年人虽已长寿但不够健康,往往患有多种疾病或残疾,日常生活活动能力差,生活质量不高。响应世界卫生组织“健康老龄化”的号召,做好健身运动是实现老年人健康的主要途径之一。
With the development of society, the health of our people has greatly improved and their life expectancy has reached 70 years. However, on the whole, although the elderly in our country have been longevity but not healthy enough, they often suffer from various diseases or disability, their activities in daily life are poor, and the quality of life is not high. Responding to the World Health Organization’s call for “Healthy Aging,” doing well in physical fitness is one of the main ways to achieve the health of the elderly.
