以不同活力的高冰草种子为材料 ,研究了在 15℃渗调温度下PEG不同处理浓度、不同处理时间对种子活力的影响。结果表明 ,PEG渗透处理自然贮藏 8年活力降低的高冰草种子效果显著 ,发芽速度明显提高 ,种苗质量得到改善 ,在PEG处理浓度 10 %、处理时间 2 4h和 4 8h时效果最好。
With different vitality of Agropyron cuspidatum as material, the effect of different treatment concentration of PEG and different treatment time on seed vigor at 15 ℃ osmotic temperature was studied. The results showed that the effect of PEG osmotic treatment on the vigor of A. sinensis seeds stored at 8 years was remarkable, the germination rate was significantly improved, and the seedling quality was improved. The effect was best when PEG concentration was 10%, treatment time was 24 h and 48 h.
