目的及时了解和观察本市犬咬伤人群接种狂犬病疫苗后产生(IgG)抗体的免疫效果,为制订科学完善的防患措施提供科学依据。方法抗体检测,使用宁波天润生物药业有限公司生产的人狂犬病毒(IgG)抗体测定试剂盒(酶联免疫法)。结果狂犬病疫苗暴露后人群不同年龄组有差异,随着年龄的增大,接种狂犬疫苗后抗体阳性率呈下降趋势,不同性别的抗体水平无差异。结论全程接种狂犬病疫苗后产生较为良好的免疫效果。
Objective To understand and observe the immunogenicity of IgG antibodies against rabies vaccination in dogs with bite in this city in time to provide a scientific basis for formulating scientific and comprehensive preventive measures. Methods Antibodies were detected by using ELISA Kit for Human Rabies Virus (ELISA) produced by Ningbo Tianrun Bio-Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Results Rabies vaccines were different in different age groups after exposure to rabies vaccine. With the increase of age, the positive rate of antibodies decreased after vaccination with rabies vaccine, and there was no difference in the antibody levels of different sexes. Conclusion The whole course of vaccination against rabies vaccine produces a better immune effect.
