目的 :测定 0 1%西吡氯铵 (CPC)漱口液对龋病、牙龈炎、牙周炎和颌面外科术后感染常见病原菌的抗菌活性。方法 :采用经典的琼脂稀释法药物敏感试验 ,测定检测药品及对照药品对细菌的MIC50 和MIC90 。结果 :0 1%CPC漱口液对 2 0 4株厌氧菌均有明显的抗菌作用 ,其MIC50 和MIC90 则均为 3 1mg/L、6 2mg/L和 3 1mg/L、3 1~ 6 2mg/L ,对革兰阴性厌氧杆菌的MIC50 和MIC90 则均为 3 1mg/L和 3 1~ 6 2mg/L ,对致龋菌变形链球菌的MIC50 和MIC90 为 6 2mg/L和 12 5mg/L ,对金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌的MIC50和MIC90 分别为 6 2、6 2、12 5、6 2mg/L ,对铜绿假单胞菌的MIC50 和MIC90 均≥ 10 0 0mg/L。另外 ,接种细菌的浓度对 0 1%CPC漱口液的MIC值略有影响 ,随着细菌浓度升高 ,MIC值略升高 ;随着细菌浓度减小 ,MIC值略减小。结论 :除铜绿假单胞菌外 ,0 1%CPC漱口液对其余 2 5 9株实验菌均有明显的抗菌作用 ,因此0 1%CPC漱口液可作为口腔感染的有效抗菌剂。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the antibacterial activity of 0 1% cessation of mouthwash on common pathogens infected with caries, gingivitis, periodontitis and maxillofacial surgery. Methods: A classic agar dilution method was used to determine the MIC50 and MIC90 of the tested drugs and the control drugs against bacteria. Results: 0 1% CPC gargle had obvious antibacterial effect on 204 anaerobic bacteria, the MIC50 and MIC90 were 31 mg / L, 62 mg / L and 31 mg / L, respectively. 2mg / L, MIC50 and MIC90 of Gram-negative anaerobic bacteria were 31mg / L and 31 ~ 62mg / L, respectively. The MIC50 and MIC90 of cariogenic Streptococcus mutans were 62mg / L and 125mg / L, the MIC50 and MIC90 of Staphylococcus aureus and Staphylococcus epidermidis were 6 2,6 2,12 and 5,6 2 mg / L respectively, and the MIC50 and MIC90 of Pseudomonas aeruginosa were both ≥ 10 0 0 mg / L. In addition, the concentration of bacteria inoculated with 0 1% CPC gargle slightly affected the MIC value, with the increase of bacterial concentration, MIC value slightly increased; with the bacterial concentration decreased, MIC value slightly reduced. CONCLUSION: In addition to Pseudomonas aeruginosa, 0 1% CPC gargle has significant antibacterial effect on the remaining 259 strains of laboratory bacteria. Therefore, 0.1% CPC gargle can be used as an effective antibacterial agent for oral infections.
