目的了解市售奶粉质量现状,为开展食品安全监管提供依据。方法以调查表的形式对金安区经销奶粉的超市、门市部进行调查,并随机抽取奶粉样品,进行脂肪、蛋白质指标检测和分析。结果2004、2005年六安市金安区市场奶粉脂肪、蛋白质指标合格率分别为55.5%、92.5%(P<0.005);2004年城区、农村市场奶粉合格率分别为83.3%、37.0%(P<0.005)。不合格奶粉产地多分布在黑龙江、内蒙古、浙江、福建和河南等地。结论奶粉质量状况2005年比2004年好。偏远的农村地区监管不力,仍有劣质奶粉存在。
Objective To understand the status quo of milk powder quality in the market and provide the basis for food safety regulation. Methods A questionnaire was used to investigate the milk powder supermarket and outlets in Jin’an District. Samples of milk powder were randomly selected to detect and analyze fat and protein indexes. Results In 2004 and 2005, the passing rates of milk fat and protein index in the market of Jin’an District in Lu’an City were 55.5% and 92.5%, respectively (P <0.005). In 2004, the pass rates of milk powder in urban and rural areas were 83.3% and 37.0%, respectively <0.005). Unfilled milk powder origin mostly distributed in Heilongjiang, Inner Mongolia, Zhejiang, Fujian and Henan and other places. Conclusion The quality of milk powder in 2005 is better than 2004. Poor supervision in remote rural areas, there are still poor milk there.
