日本丰田汽车公司实行的准时生产制,是旨在杜绝生产过程中的浪费现象和提高劳动生产率的一种生产管理制度。准时生产的基本要点是:装配所必要的零件,恰好在必要的时刻以必要的数量到达生产线旁边,或即每一道工序只在必要的时刻,按必要的数量生产必要的产品。它的目标是:消灭过量储备,牡绝浪费和降低成本。这种准时生产制,经过二十年的不断改进和发展,巳趋于完善。它在降低产品成本和提高公司经营效果方面取得的成果,已引起普遍的重视。我们在理解日本丰田准时生产制的基础上,对本厂机车配件制造和供应的传统方法
Japan’s Toyota Motor Corporation on-time production system is designed to eliminate waste in the production process and improve labor productivity of a production management system. The basic point of on-time production is that the necessary parts for the assembly are brought to the right of the production line in the necessary amount of time, if necessary, or that the necessary product is produced in the required quantity per process, only when necessary. Its goals are: to eliminate excess reserves, eliminate waste and reduce costs. This system of punctual production has tended to improve after two decades of continuous improvement and development. Its achievements in reducing product costs and improving the operational effectiveness of the company have drawn widespread attention. On the basis of understanding Toyota’s on-time production system, we have analyzed the traditional methods of manufacturing and supplying our motorcycle parts
