牛年开门后,近来一直寂寞的京城地产市场,似乎又爆出些微热的迹象。据媒体报道,珠江帝景的一个楼盘,春节7天内就销售了128套,销售金额达到了3亿元。而富力地产的项目仅在节日的后半段,销售额就超过了1亿元。据统计,春节后的京城楼市商品住宅销售整体数据与节前相比呈上涨态势:商品住宅销售套数平均上涨了19.46%,现房商品房签约套数环比节前一周上涨了92.74%。
