目的观察血液透析室环境物品消毒效果及病原菌检测。方法采用现场采样和细菌定量检测,对不同消毒方法对室内空气和物体表面消毒效果进行了观察。结果使用紫外线灯管消毒30~60 min后,对室内空气中自然菌清除率为87.3%;用循环风空气净化器运行60 min后,对室内空气中自然菌清除率为98.5%。在两种空气消毒法消毒条件下,室内环境物体表面及其他消毒对象的消毒效果保持也存在差别。结论循环风空气净化装置的应用可明显提高血液透析室空气和室内环境卫生质量,有助于防控透析后医院感染。
Objective To observe the disinfection effect and pathogen detection of environmental objects in hemodialysis room. Methods On-site sampling and quantitative detection of bacteria were used to observe the disinfection effect of different disinfection methods on indoor air and objects. Results After disinfecting with UV lamp for 30 ~ 60 min, the clearance rate of natural bacteria to indoor air was 87.3%. After 60 min operation with circulating air cleaner, the clearance rate of natural bacteria to indoor air was 98.5%. Disinfection in the two air disinfection conditions, the surface of the indoor environment and other objects disinfection disinfection effect there are also differences. Conclusion The application of circulating air and air purification devices can significantly improve the quality of air and indoor environmental hygiene in hemodialysis rooms and help prevent and control nosocomial infections after dialysis.
