概念隐喻的提出开辟了隐喻研究的新纪元,隐喻不再被看成是一种仅仅起到装饰作用的修辞手法,而是深层的认知机制,一种思维方式,是人类感知世界、形成概念的重要手段。概念隐喻认为,人类的概念系统在本质上是从源域到目标域的隐喻性投射。本文结合教学实践,简要介绍概念隐喻及其在英语教学中三个方面的运用,即词汇教学、阅读教学及文化教学。
The introduction of conceptual metaphor opens up a new era of metaphor research. Metaphor is no longer seen as a rhetorical device that merely plays a decorative role. Instead, it is a deep cognitive mechanism and a way of thinking that human beings perceive the world and form concepts Important means. Conceptual metaphor believes that human conceptual system is essentially a metaphorical projection from the source domain to the target domain. This article combines teaching practice, briefly introduces the concept of metaphor and its application in three aspects of English teaching, namely vocabulary teaching, reading teaching and cultural teaching.
