1.机床布局这是一台三面卧式行星回转工作台式的组合机床,其外观见图1。左动力头用于钻孔,后动力头用于倒角,右动力头用于攻丝,左角配置了液压站,右角配置了电气柜。用于加工各种规格的阀体两端面上的螺丝孔。由于被加工零件的轮廓尺寸、螺孔中心距以及螺纹尺寸变化较多,因而在各个动力头上采用了手动变速箱,用万向连轴器与相应的钻孔、倒角、可更换的攻丝靠模上的主轴相连接。根据工件规格的变化,夹具采用了两面对称的门式限位模板以及适应于工件高度变化的支承板。当加工不同规格的工件时,可以比较方便的选用主轴转速,更换相应的靠模、模板等。
