硫酸长春碱(VBL·H_2SO_4)和硫酸长春新碱(VCR·H_2SO_4)为重要的抗肿瘤药物。本文在ODS色谱柱上以对-氨基苯甲酸特丁酯和对-氨基苯甲酸异丁酯为内标,用离子对色谱法测定硫酸长春碱和硫酸长春新碱的含量。本文亦考察了流动相pH值、甲醇浓度、离子浓度等因素对VBL和VCR的保留值和分离度的影响,从而得到一个最佳分离条件,保证VBL和VCR之间的分辨率大于4,整个分析时间为15min,整个色谱系统的重现性CV<2％。
Vinblastine sulfate (VBL · H_2SO_4) and vincristine sulfate (VCR · H_2SO_4) are important anticancer drugs. In this paper, ODS column with p-aminobenzoate and butyl p-aminobenzoate as an internal standard, with ion-pair chromatography vincristine sulfate and vincristine sulfate content. This article also investigated the mobile phase pH, methanol concentration, ion concentration and other factors on the VBL and VCR retain value and resolution, resulting in an optimal separation conditions to ensure that the resolution between VBL and VCR is greater than 4, the whole The analysis time was 15 min and the reproducibility of the entire chromatographic system was CV <2%.
