目的:了解、分析绵阳市蔬菜中农药残留情况,为制定合理有效的控制措施提供科学依据。方法:从绵阳城区的蔬菜批发市场、超市、农贸市场采集各类蔬菜样品,用色谱法测定农药残留。结果:共检测蔬菜样450份,376份合格,合格率83.56%。结论:绵阳市蔬菜中农药残留量超标率还较高,相关部门要采取措施,降低蔬菜中农药残留量,以保护消费者健康。
Objective: To understand and analyze the situation of pesticide residues in vegetables in Mianyang City and provide scientific basis for making reasonable and effective control measures. Methods: Various types of vegetable samples were collected from the vegetable wholesale markets, supermarkets and farmers’ markets in Mianyang City. The pesticide residues were determined by chromatography. Results: A total of 450 vegetable samples were tested and 376 samples were qualified with a pass rate of 83.56%. Conclusion: The excessive pesticide residues in vegetables in Mianyang City are still high. Relevant departments should take measures to reduce the pesticide residues in vegetables so as to protect the health of consumers.
