目的:评价BV速蓝和BV丽珠两种唾液酸酶试剂诊断细菌性阴道病(BV)的性能。方法:选取以Nugent法诊断为BV的患者75例,健康查体无阴道炎者115例,对其分泌物同时采用Nugent评分法、Amsel法、BV丽珠法及BV速蓝法检测。结果:以Nugent法为金标准,BV速蓝法的灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值分别为80.0%、99.0%、98.0%、88.0%,BV丽珠试剂法分别为79.0%、99.0%、98.0%、87.0%;BV速蓝法和Nugent法、Amsel法符合率分别为91.6%、90.0%,BV丽珠试剂法与Nugent法、Amsel法符合率分别为91.1%、90.5%。BV速蓝法与Nugent法和Amsel法吻合度均较强,Kappa值分别为0.818、0.770;BV丽珠法与Nugent法、Amsel法吻合度与BV速蓝法一致,Kappa值分别为0.807、0.780。结论:BV速蓝法的灵敏度和阴性预测值略好于BV丽珠试剂法,与Nugent法的符合率略高于BV丽珠试剂,但二者差异无统计学意义。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the performance of BV speed blue and BV Cabernet sliver two kinds of sialidase reagents in the diagnosis of bacterial vaginosis (BV). Methods: Seventy-five patients with BV diagnosed by Nugent method and 115 healthy people without vaginitis were selected. Nugent scoring method, Amsel’s method, BV’s Bead’s method and BV’s blue method were used to detect secretions. Results: The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of BV speed blue method were 80.0%, 99.0%, 98.0% and 88.0% respectively with BV method and 79.0% 99.0%, 98.0% and 87.0% respectively. The coincidence rates of BV blue method and Nugent method and Amsel method were 91.6% and 90.0% respectively. The coincidence rates of BV bead reagent method and Nugent method and Amsel method were 91.1% and 90.5% respectively. BV fast blue method and Nugent method and Amsel method are better, Kappa values were 0.818,0.770; BV beads method and Nugent method, Amsel method consistent with the BV speed blue method, Kappa values were 0.807,0.780 . Conclusion: The sensitivity and negative predictive value of BV speed blue method is slightly better than that of BV lizhu reagent method, and the coincidence rate with BV method is slightly higher than that of BVR beads reagent, but the difference is not statistically significant.
