目的 :研究急性白血病促、抑凋亡基因表达、白血病细胞DNA含量及三指标间相关性。方法 :用流式细胞术检测 51例急性白血病及 2 0例良性血液患者CD95、bcl 2表达率、白血病细胞DNA含量。结果 :急性白血病CD95表达率降低且与完全缓解率无关。bcl 2表达率、白血病细胞DNA异倍体率增高且化疗后完全缓解率低。CD95、bcl 2、白血病细胞DNA指数 (DI)间无相关性 ,三指标表达均异常相关性分析 ,CD95与bcl 2呈负相关 ,r =- 0 .80 11,P <0 .0 5,CD95与DI无相关性r =0 .50 12 ,P >0 .0 5,bcl 2与DI呈正相关 ,r =0 .790 2 ,P <0 .0 5。结论 :急性白血病CD95、bcl 2表达率 ,白血病细胞DNA检测可进一步研究急性白血病发病机制 ,指导临床合理用药及预测预后
OBJECTIVE: To study the relationship between acute leukemia and anti-apoptotic gene expression, DNA content in leukemia cells and three indexes. Methods: The expressions of CD95 and bcl2 in 51 cases of acute leukemia and 20 cases of benign blood were detected by flow cytometry. The DNA content of leukemia cells was also detected. Results: The expression of CD95 in acute leukemia was lower than that in complete remission. bcl 2 expression rate of leukemia cells increased DNA aneuploidy and complete remission rate after chemotherapy. CD95, bcl 2, leukemia cells DNA index (DI) was no correlation between three indicators were abnormal correlation analysis, CD95 and bcl 2 was negatively correlated, r = - 0.80 11, P <0.
