每天傍晚,快步从平江路到白塔西路往返,是汪鸣峰的健身之道。这快走的习惯,自16岁陪老师沙曼翁时养成,坚持四十多年了。那年月,他们师徒冬天会面,常常外出快步行走,边走边聊,能从十全街走到木渎。之所以快走,是为暖身,那时候室内取暖条件很差。健身运动,还没进入中国老百姓的日常生活。认识汪鸣峰老师,是2008年秋季。那时蓝色书店办得正好,我是常客也是会员,有 Every evening, take a quick walk from Pingjiang Road to Baita West Road, which is the fitness way of Wang Mingfeng.
