大型薄壁罐因其直径大,壁薄,在热处理过程中很容易发生塌陷变形,本文通过对加热速度、保温温度等工艺参数的合理制定,并对罐体内外重要部位采取技术性支撑、同时在人孔、安全阀座等部位加装工艺盖等措施,有效控制了大型薄壁罐在热处理过程中的变形,保证了薄壁罐的热处理质量。
Due to its large diameter and thin wall, the large-scale thin-walled tank is prone to collapse deformation during the heat treatment process. In this paper, the reasonable formulation of the process parameters such as the heating speed and the holding temperature is adopted and technical support is provided to the important parts inside and outside the tank. Manhole, safety valve seat and other parts of the installation process cover and other measures to effectively control the large-scale thin-walled tank in the heat treatment of deformation, to ensure the quality of thin-walled tank heat treatment.
