前列腺素(PG)广泛应用于流产和足月妊娠引产,但PGE_2对宫颈结缔组织代谢的作用,大部分尚不了解。现连续测定了在妊娠初期应用PGE_2后宫颈结缔组织中的胶原酶活性以观察其与宫颈成熟的关系。资料与方法:38例三个月妊娠合法流产者,部分患者经宫颈应用PGE_2,局麻下于宫颈后唇6点处活检.深达5～10mm,重50～200mg,用无菌冰冷盐水清洗上皮,置液氮中冷冻2～3分钟。盛有组织的冷冻瓶用铝箔密闭,防止贮存过程中组织变干。标本保存于-70℃下待检。活检组织在稍高
Prostaglandin (PG) is widely used in abortion and term pregnancy induced labor, but most of the effect of PGE 2 on cervical connective tissue metabolism is not yet understood. Now continuously measured in the early pregnancy after application of PGE 2 cervical connective tissue collagenase activity in order to observe its relationship with cervical maturation. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Thirty-eight cases of three-month pregnant women with normal abortion were enrolled, and some of them underwent cervical biopsy via PGE_2 and under local anesthesia at 6 o’clock of the posterior lip of the cervix.
