贵都大酒店是由上海国际交流服务公司和新加坡林甲岩国际投资私人有限公司合资筹建。上海市第七建筑工程公司与新加坡联合总承包。贵都大酒店与新建的静安——希尔顿酒店毗邻,为一综合性建筑群,包括由高106.4米,27层的酒店主楼;9层办公楼及商场;4层俱乐部三个部分组成,整个建筑面积为53583平方米。主楼为中筒外框结构形式,采用钢筋混凝土结构,整个主楼支承在3米厚的桩基承台上。
Guidu Hotel is a joint venture established by Shanghai International Exchange Service Company and Singapore’s Linjiayan International Investment Pte Ltd. Shanghai Seventh Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. is jointly contracted with Singapore. The Guidu Hotel is adjacent to the newly built Jing’an – Hilton Hotel. It is a comprehensive building complex consisting of a 106.4-meter high, 27-storey hotel main building; a 9-storey office building and shopping mall; and a 4-storey club consisting of three parts. The area is 53,583 square meters. The main building is in the form of a middle-tube outer frame structure with a reinforced concrete structure. The entire main building is supported on a 3-meter thick pile foundation platform.
