12月25日下午,第十二届全国人大常委会第二十五次会议在京闭幕,会议表决通过了《中华人民共和国中医药法》,该法将于2017年7月1日正式实施。官方表示,《中医药法》有五大亮点:第一,明确了中医药事业的重要地位和发展方针。规定国家大力发展中医药事业,实行中西医并重的方针,提出发展中医药事业应当遵循中医药发展规律,坚持继承和创新相结合,保持和发挥中医药特色和优势。
On the afternoon of December 25, the 25th meeting of the 12th NPC Standing Committee was held in Beijing. The meeting voted to pass the “Chinese Medicine Law of the People’s Republic of China”, which will be officially implemented on July 1, 2017. The official said that the “Chinese Medicine Law” has five major bright spots: First, a clear definition of the important position of traditional Chinese medicine and development guidelines. It states that the state shall vigorously develop the cause of Chinese medicine and adopts the principle of combining Chinese and Western medicine. It proposes that the development of Chinese medicine should follow the law of development of Chinese medicine and adhere to the combination of inheritance and innovation to maintain and bring into full play the characteristics and advantages of Chinese medicine.
