同人作品侵权了吗武侠小说宗师金庸近日将一纸状书递交到广州市天河区人民法院,将江南及北京联合出版有限责任公司、北京精典博维文化传媒有限公司、广州购书中心有限公司告上法庭,起诉后者侵犯其著作权。按照广州市天河区人民法院发出的公告,金庸在诉状中,要求四被告立即停止侵犯其著作权及不正当竞争的行为,停止复制、发行小说《此间的少年》,封存并销毁库存图书。诉状还要求被告向原告
