目的:了解大连市公共场所集中空调通风系统的卫生状况,为开展公共场所集中空调卫生监管提供依据。方法:依据《公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生规范》(2006)的要求,对27家公共场所的集中空调进行检测和评价。结果:送风中可吸入颗粒物(PM10)、β—溶血性链球菌合格率均为100%;细菌总数、真菌总数合格率分别为91.18%和85.29%;风管内表面的积尘量和细菌总数、真菌总数合格率分别为91.67%、100.00%和93.52%;冷却水中嗜肺军团菌合格率为100%。结论:目前大连市公共场所集中空调通风系统存在一定程度的污染,对人群健康构成潜在危害,应加强卫生监测,加大监督管理力度。
Objective: To understand the health status of central air conditioning and ventilation system in public places in Dalian, and to provide the basis for health supervision of central air conditioning in public places. Methods: According to the requirements of Hygienic Standard for Ventilation System of Central Air Conditioning System in Public Places (2006), the centralized air conditioners in 27 public places were tested and evaluated. Results: Respirable particulate matter (PM10) and β-hemolytic streptococcus were both 100% passable in the air supply. The total number of bacteria and the total number of fungi were 91.18% and 85.29% respectively. The amount of dust on the inner surface of the air duct and the total number of bacteria , The total pass rate of fungi were 91.67%, 100.00% and 93.52% respectively; Legionella pneumophila in the cooling water pass rate was 100%. Conclusion: At present, there is a certain degree of pollution in central air-conditioning and ventilation system in public places in Dalian, posing a potential hazard to the health of the population. Health monitoring should be strengthened to intensify supervision and management.
