2013年,玉溪供电局接受安全生产风险管理体系专家组外部审核,最终以安全风险管理体系评分80.09分顺利通过达四钻水平。目前,管理脉络的梳理一定程度上优化完善了现有管理策划,作业、设备、电网、职业健康与环境风险管控方式不断成熟,班组表单化提升了主网安全生产管理执行的效率,玉溪局立足当前,更放眼长远,确定了20 1 4年-20 1 7年安全风险管理体系达五钻的目标,以更高的标准瞄准打造“本质安全”企业的新目标。
In 2013, Yuxi Power Supply Bureau received an external audit by the expert group on safety production risk management system, and finally passed the four-diamond level successfully with a score of 80.09 in the safety risk management system. At present, the sorting out of the management context has optimized and perfected the existing management planning to a certain extent. The management and control methods of operation, equipment, power grid, occupational health and environmental risks are constantly maturing. The formalization of the management team improves the efficiency of the main network safety production management implementation. At present, with a more long-term perspective, the goal of a five-diamond safety risk management system for 2014-1971 has been set and a new standard of “intrinsically safe” enterprises has been set at a higher standard.
