狂犬病是一种急性传染病,至今尚无有效治疗方法,病死率极高。近十年我院收治狂犬病34例,现分析如下。 一、临床资料 男性 24例,女性 10例;年龄最大70岁,最小1.5岁,1～11岁 17例(50％);发病无明显季节性;33 例为农村居民,1 例护林员。本组平均潜伏期分别为:头颈部(4例)20天,上臂部(4例)85天,手部(11例)151天,腿部(7例)214天,足部 Rabies is an acute infectious disease, so far no effective treatment, mortality is extremely high.
