77印防己毒素[毒]PICROTOXINUM1)本品鉴别之(6):取碱性酒石酸铜试液2ml,加蒸溜水10ml稀释后,加本品的结晶数粒,即缓缓生成红色的沉淀,如煮沸,沉淀生成尤速。说明:——本品具弱酸性,其分解产物为有毒性的防己苦毒素(Picrotoxinin C_(15)H_(16)O_6)及无毒性的防己苦素(Picrotin C_(15)H(18)O_7);二者皆具有还原作用,故还原碱性酒石酸铜试液(Fehling’s Solution),生成红色氧化亚铜沉淀。79安息香
