各市、县(市、区)党委,省直属各单位党委(党组): 为做好我省党报党用的发行工作,理顺党报党刊的发行体制,逐步推进党报党刊发行的制度化、规范化,根据《中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅关于进一步治理党政部门报刊散滥和利用职权发行,减轻基层和农民负担的通知》(中办发[2003]19号)精神,结合我省实际,现就进一步加强和改进我省党报党刊发行工作通知如下:
