主要综述了聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)超滤膜在相转化制备方法和改性两个方面的最新研究进展。在相转化制备方法中,重点介绍了溶剂和非溶剂的选择对膜孔结构的影响;在PVDF超滤膜改性方面,从膜本体和膜表面两个角度进行了介绍,本体改性包括共混改性和共聚改性,表面改性包括辐照接枝改性和低温等离子体改性,共混改性是今后改性的主要发展方向。并结合国内外相关文献,简要介绍了PVDF超滤膜作为一种新技术在水处理中的应用。
The recent progress in the preparation and modification of polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) ultrafiltration membrane was reviewed. In the method of phase inversion preparation, the influence of solvent and nonsolvent selection on membrane pore structure is emphasized. In terms of modification of PVDF membrane, two aspects of membrane bulk and membrane surface are introduced. The bulk modification includes total Mixed modification and copolymerization modification, surface modification, including irradiation graft modification and low temperature plasma modification, blending modification is the main direction of future development. Combined with relevant literature at home and abroad, briefly introduced PVDF ultrafiltration membrane as a new technology in water treatment applications.
