早期开发的Fe_(73.5)Cu_1Nb_3Si_(13.5)B_9和Fe_(73.5)Cu_(1.2)Nb_(3.2)Si_(12.5)B_(10)纳米晶合金显示出优良综合磁性能,但含有昂贵的Nb,原始制备的非晶带也比较脆.我们用便宜得多的Cr和V代替Nb制成Fe_(69.4)4Cu_(0.6)Cr_(3.2)V_(0.8)Si_(14)B_(12)纳米晶合金,它的原始制备非晶带有相当好的延性,可对折而不脆断,并具有优良的综合磁性能,有潜在的应用价值.本文扼要报道部分研究结果.1 合金的制备和实验
The early developed Fe 73.5 Cu 1 Nb 3 Si 13.5 B 9 and Fe 73.5 Cu 1.2 Nb 3.2 Si 12.5 B 10 nanocrystalline alloys show excellent overall magnetic properties but contain expensive Nb, The prepared amorphous ribbons were also relatively brittle, and we replaced Fe with (69.4) 4Cu_ (0.6) Cr_ (3.2) V_ (0.8) Si_ (14) B_ (12) nanocrystalline alloys with much cheaper Cr and V, Its original preparation of amorphous with a very good ductility, can be folded without brittle fracture, and has excellent overall magnetic properties, has potential applications.This paper briefly reports some of the results.1 alloy preparation and experiment
