对４９例过敏性患者和３０例正常人进行了发微量元素的检测，从铬、锰、铁、镍、铜、锌、铅、锶、硒９种微量元素检测结果发现Ｚｎ、Ｎｉ、Ｓｒ和Ｃｕ／Ｚｎ明显下降，而Ｐｂ则明显增高，均与健康者相比有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０１），同时检测血清ＩｇＥ、ＩｇＧ、ＩｇＡ、ＩｇＭ的水平，显示ＩｇＥ、ＳＩｇＥ、ＩｇＧ分别与Ｎｉ、Ｚｎ、Ｓｒ呈负相关，而ＩｇＡ、ＩｇＭ与Ｐｂ呈负相关。结果表明微量元素在体内的平衡求紊乱对维持人体正常的免疫功能和免疫应答起着十分重要的作用。
Trace elements were detected in 49 cases of allergic patients and 30 cases of normal subjects. The results showed that the contents of Zn, Ni, Sr, and Sr in nine kinds of trace elements from chromium, manganese, iron, nickel, copper, zinc, lead, strontium and selenium (P <0.01). At the same time, the levels of IgE, IgG, IgA and IgM in serum were also detected, indicating that the levels of IgE, SIgE and IgG were significantly higher than those of healthy controls Ni, Zn and Sr were negatively correlated, while IgA and IgM were negatively correlated with Pb. The results show that the imbalance of trace elements in the body to maintain the body’s normal immune function and immune response plays a very important role.
