授权是现代领导活动中重要的组成部分,也是作为领导者所必须学习掌握的领导艺术。但是在现实的领导过程中,不少领导对授权的认识不到位,不理解授权、不敢授权,也就不愿授权,更不会授权,很多领导者担心一旦下放权力给下级就会导致自己失去威信,因此,导致企业组织要么权力过度集中,要么权力过分分散,甚至是权力的混乱,严重影响领导权威和领导活动的应有效果。那么什么是授权,授权的潜在好处是什么,在什么时间点是最可能成功的?有没有一些隐藏的缺点是因为我们不正确地委托任务给我们的下属?
