目的:研究分析游泳运动对中年男性体质健康的影响,方法:随机选取西安市经常进行游泳运动的中年男子和不进行(或偶尔)游泳运动的中年男性各200例,即实验组和对照组,对比观察两组研究者的体质健康情况。主要分析患冠心病的几率,此外还比较两组的睡眠、躯体功能、心理等情况。结果:调查结果显示,实验组的冠心病发生率显著低于对照组,并且实验组患者的睡眠、躯体功能以及心理等情况均优于对照组,比较差异具有显著性,(P<0.05)具有统计学意义。结论:研究表明,长期游泳对预防中年男性冠心病的发生具有重要的意义,同时还能有效改善患者的睡眠治疗、躯体功能以及心理情绪等。
Objective: To study the effect of swimming on middle-aged men’s physical health.Methods: 200 middle-aged men and women without swimming (or infrequent swimming) were randomly selected in Xi’an city, namely experimental group and The control group, comparative study of two groups of physique and health conditions. The main analysis of risk of coronary heart disease, in addition to compare the two groups of sleep, physical function, psychological and so on. Results: The results showed that the incidence of coronary heart disease in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the sleep, physical function and psychology of the experimental group were better than the control group, the difference was significant (P <0.05) Statistical significance. CONCLUSIONS: Studies have shown that long-term swimming is of great importance for the prevention of CHD in middle-aged men and can effectively improve the sleep treatment, physical function, and psychological well-being of patients.
