目的:研究α-硫辛酸治疗2型糖尿病血管病变的临床疗效及其对血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、血管细胞黏附因子(VCAM-1)水平的影响。方法:选取2015年8月至2016年7月本院收治的82例2型糖尿病血管病变患者,根据随机数字法分为观察组和对照组,41例每组。对照组使用甲钴胺治疗,观察组使用α-硫辛酸治疗。评价两组患者的临床疗效,比较两组患者治疗前后血清CRP、IL-6、VEGF、VCAM-1及血脂水平的变化。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率显著高于对照组[92.68%(38/41)比60.98%(25/41)](P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者血清CRP、IL-6、VEGF、VCAM-1、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)水平较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组治疗后血清CRP、IL-6、VEGF、VCAM-1、LDL-C、TG、TC水平更低(P<0.05),HDL-C水平较高(P<0.05)。结论:α-硫辛酸治疗能明显降低2型糖尿病血管病变患者血清CRP、IL-6、VEGF、VCAM-1水平,且临床疗效较好。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of α-lipoic acid in the treatment of type 2 diabetic vascular disease and its effect on serum C-reactive protein (CRP), interleukin-6 (IL-6), vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) (VCAM-1) levels. Methods: From August 2015 to July 2016, 82 patients with type 2 diabetic vascular disease admitted to our hospital were divided into observation group and control group according to random number method and 41 patients in each group. The control group was treated with methylcobalamin and the observation group with α-lipoic acid. The clinical efficacy of two groups of patients was evaluated. The changes of serum CRP, IL-6, VEGF, VCAM-1 and serum lipids were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results: After treatment, the total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group [92.68% (38/41) vs 60.98% (25/41)] (P <0.05). After treatment, the levels of serum CRP, IL-6, VEGF, VCAM-1, LDL-C, triglyceride and total cholesterol in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment <0.05), serum HDL-C level was significantly higher than before treatment (P <0.05). Compared with the control group, the levels of CRP, IL-6, VEGF, VCAM-1, LDL-C, TG and TC in the observation group were lower (P <0.05) and HDL- . Conclusion: Alpha-lipoic acid treatment can significantly reduce the serum levels of CRP, IL-6, VEGF and VCAM-1 in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and has good clinical efficacy.
