广东省佛山市2512名20～94岁职工进行75gOGTT筛查研究显示,空腹血糖(FPG)5.51mmol/L是预测糖尿病的最佳切点,其敏感性和特异性均为80%。FPG5.15mmol/L是预测糖耐量减低(IGT)的最佳切点。因此,降低空腹血糖受损(IFG)的切点是合理的、有临床意义的。
A total of 2512 workers from 20 to 94 in Foshan City, Guangdong Province, conducted a 75gOGTT screening study. Fasting plasma glucose (FPG) of 5.51mmol / L is the best cut-point for predicting diabetes with a sensitivity and specificity of 80%. FPG5.15mmol / L is the best point of prediction for impaired glucose tolerance (IGT). Therefore, it is reasonable and clinically meaningful to reduce the point of impaired fasting glucose (IFG).
