本文通过分析汽车在产品开发和战略决策的过程中消费者信息的重要性,阐述了企业作为一个运作整体,消费信息对其的重大影响,并探讨了传统的信息采集方法,在理论和实践的过程中出现的缺陷,提出了让消费者参与产品开发和客户管理的模式,进一步讨论和设计了基于网络信息技术来实现这一模式的多种途径和方法。 By analyzing the importance of consumer information in the process of product development and strategic decision-making, this paper expounds the significant influence of the enterprise as a whole operation and consumption information, and discusses the traditional methods of information collection in theory and practice In the process, the paper puts forward the mode of letting consumers participate in product development and customer management, and further discusses and designs many ways and methods of realizing this mode based on network information technology.
