目的探讨在重症联合免疫缺陷(SC ID)鼠体内建立腹膜后荷人卵巢癌动物模型的可行性。方法将处于对数生长期的人卵巢癌细胞株HO8910 1×106个细胞注射于SC ID鼠腹膜后髂血管处,观察荷瘤鼠的生存状态。4周后处死荷瘤鼠,取出病灶,观察其病理组织学特征。结果种植的移植瘤保持了人卵巢癌组织学特征。结论成功建立SC ID鼠腹膜后荷人卵巢癌的动物模型。
Objective To investigate the feasibility of establishing animal model of retroperitoneal human ovarian cancer in severe combined immunodeficiency (SCID) mice. Methods 1 × 106 human ovarian cancer cell line HO8910 in logarithmic phase was injected into the peritoneal iliac artery of SC ID rats to observe the survival status of tumor-bearing mice. After 4 weeks, the tumor-bearing mice were sacrificed and their pathological features were observed. Results The implanted xenografts retained the histological features of human ovarian cancer. Conclusion The animal model of SCID mouse with human retroperitoneal ovarian cancer was established successfully.
