近年来,根据灾害损失统计表明,山洪灾害造成的危害愈来愈重,已成为当前防洪减灾中的一个突出问题。由于山洪灾害危害大,山洪的预报已引起社会各界的广泛关注和积极参与。文章就目前山洪预报数据格式与结构不能统一规范的现状,提出了水文数据的转换方法,以求建立统一规范的数据库,为满足山洪预报的要求提供帮助。
In recent years, according to statistics of disaster losses, the damage caused by flash flood disaster has become heavier and heavier, which has become a prominent issue in current flood control and disaster mitigation. Due to the huge damage caused by flash floods, the forecast of flash floods has caused widespread concern and active participation from all walks of life. In this paper, the current flood forecast data format and structure can not be unified norms of the status quo, proposed hydrological data conversion methods, in order to establish a unified and standardized database to meet the requirements of mountain flood forecasting to help.
