硒是乌鸡维持生命活动、生长、繁殖的必须微量元素之一,乌鸡产品中硒的含量较普通鸡要高,在乌鸡的生长繁殖过程中用一般饲料喂养,易出现硒缺乏症,但补充不当又会出现中毒，本文报告乌鸡亚硒酸钠中毒的一病例。
