以Marxwell方程、Ohm定律、N-S方程和连续性方程为控制方程,从理论上对FC.Mold内的磁场特性、感生电流的分布特性以及流场特性进行了分析,在考虑漏磁客观存在的条件下,建立了FC.Mold内的磁场模型,并在此基础上建立了感生电流的环流分布模型。理论分析结果和实验结果得到满意的吻合。提出了FC.Mold条件下最佳流场模型。
With Marxwell equation, Ohm’s law, N-S equation and continuity equation as the control equations, theoretically FC. The characteristics of the magnetic field, the distribution of the induced current and the characteristics of the flow field in the mold were analyzed. The FC was established considering the objective existence of magnetic flux leakage. Mold magnetic field model, and on this basis, the establishment of the induced current circulation flow model. The theoretical analysis and experimental results are satisfied with the agreement. Proposed FC. Optimal flow field model under Mold condition.
