本文对α黄铜的低温退火硬化现象进行了回顾和展望,简述了低温退火硬化工艺对改进现有的低温退火技术的实际意义和应用价值。并以 Cu-Ti 合金为例,详细论述了在冷轧变形的调幅结构上发现的有关新的退火硬化的特点。
In this paper, the phenomenon of low temperature annealing and hardening of α brass was reviewed and prospected. The practical significance and application value of the low temperature annealing hardening technique to improve the existing low temperature annealing technique were briefly described. Taking Cu-Ti alloy as an example, the characteristics of the new annealing hardening found in the amplitude modulation structure of cold rolling deformation are discussed in detail.
