近年来,随着我国国民经济的不断进步,工程项目作为与老百姓日常生产生活息息相关的重要产业之一,也得到了迅速发展。与此同时,工程施工企业之间的竞争也越来越激烈,使得工程施工企业不得不采取成本管理的方式来实现“减支增效”的目标,并以此来保证自身的市场竞争力。对工程项目成本管理进行思考以及研究,可以为工程施工企业未来的发展提供参考依据。
In recent years, with the continuous improvement of our national economy, construction projects have also developed rapidly as one of the important industries closely related to the daily production and living of ordinary people. At the same time, the competition among engineering construction enterprises is more and more fierce, which makes the construction enterprises have to take the cost management approach to achieve the goal of “reducing expenditure and increasing efficiency” and thus guarantee their own market competition force. Consideration and research on cost management of construction projects can provide reference for the future development of construction enterprises.
