介绍了8×4元时间延迟积分(TDI)光导型HgCdTe红外焦平面的工作原理,给出了组件结构、读出电路的电气结构图、时序驱动波形图。针对组件结构,阐明了组件电路的设计原则、提高动态范围的关键技术,最后讨论了组件存在的一些问题以及今后努力的方向。
The working principle of HgCdTe infrared focal plane with 8 × 4 element time delay integration (TDI) is introduced. The structure of the device, the electrical structure of the readout circuit and the timing driven waveform are given. Aiming at the component structure, the design principles of the component circuits and the key technologies to improve the dynamic range are elucidated. Finally, some problems existing in the components and the direction of future efforts are discussed.
