本文研究了对DNA修复有抑制作用的CM是否也对受照细胞的肿后修复有相应的抑制效应,并且观察了不同浓度CM对相对生长密度期V79细胞受不同剂量X线照射后PLDR的作用。 实验结果:1.V79细胞经与不同浓度CM作用6h后,观察CM浓度在4mmol/L以下,对细胞存活率无影响,表明在此浓度以下对细胞无毒性作用。2.受6~12Gy X线照射引起相对生长密度期V79细胞的PLD经
In this paper, we investigated whether CMs with inhibitory effects on DNA repair also have corresponding inhibitory effects on post-swept repair of irradiated cells, and observed the effects of different concentrations of CM on the PLDR of V79 cells exposed to different doses of X-rays at relative growth density. . The experimental results:1. V79 cells were treated with different concentrations of CM for 6 hours, observed CM concentration of 4mmol/L or less, no effect on cell survival, indicating that the following cells have no toxicity. 2. The PLD of V79 cells was induced by the relative growth density of 6-12 Gy X-rays.
