合成并表征了Brφnsted酸离子液体,用于催化Ritter反应合成N-叔丁基苯乙酰胺。通过Hammett函数法测定了离子液体的H0值,[EPy]HSO4的酸性最强,H0为-0.04。通过考察4种离子液体的催化活性及重复使用性能,选定Brφnsted酸离子液体[EPy]HSO4为催化剂合成了N-叔丁基苯乙酰胺,得到较佳工艺条件为:反应温度50℃,反应时间6 h,收率达83.4%。分离后的离子液体经真空干燥后重复使用5次,催化活性没有下降。
Brønsted acid ionic liquids were synthesized and characterized for the catalytic Ritter reaction to synthesize N-tert-butylphenylacetamide. The H0 value of the ionic liquid was determined by the Hammett function method. [EPy] HSO4 had the strongest acidity and H0 was -0.04. By investigating the catalytic activity and reusability of the four ionic liquids, N-tert-butylphenylacetamide was synthesized by using Brønsted acid ionic liquid [EPy] HSO4 as catalyst. The optimum reaction conditions were as follows: the reaction temperature was 50 ℃, the reaction Time 6 h, yield of 83.4%. After the separation of the ionic liquid after vacuum drying repeated use 5 times, the catalytic activity did not decline.
