工业园区内露天皮带机封闭改造方案

为响应国家政策,保护环境、避免物料损失,对北京市某工业园区内露天皮带机进行全封闭.根据不同的皮带机支承形式,提出了 4种封闭改造方案.借助MIDAS(迈达斯)有限元分析软件,针对不同的方案建立有限元模型,对比封闭前后结构的应力比和挠度.结果表明,露天皮带机封闭宜采用轻型门式刚架结构形式,并建立支撑体系以保证结构的稳定;封闭后,下部钢桁架、钢梁等支承体系的应力比及挠度增幅较小,大部分构件无须加固;对于超应力或挠度超限的杆件及节点,需采取相应的加固措施后方可投入使用.
